Privacy Policy

How we handle the information families share with us, with particular care for minors.

Information we collect

When a parent or guardian submits an application or invitation form, we collect the information provided on that form, such as the talent's name and age range, the guardian's contact details, city and state, creative interests, and any photos or video shared with the submission.

During the initial application we request an age range rather than an exact date of birth.

How information is used

Submitted information is used to review fit, prepare for a Discovery Consultation, plan a Test Shoot Session, and develop a personalized Talent Blueprint.

We do not sell submitted information, and we do not use a minor's information for advertising.

Public visibility

No application, photo, video, or profile becomes public automatically. Publishing a public roster profile is a separate administrative action taken only after the appropriate permission has been documented with a parent or guardian.

Public profiles never display exact birth dates, home addresses, school names, private phone numbers, or personal email addresses.

Data retention and access

Parents and guardians may request a copy of the information associated with their submission, ask for corrections, or request removal.

Requests can be sent using the contact details on our contact page.

This policy is a working draft prepared for design review. Final privacy language will be published before the website launches.
