Only a parent or legal guardian may submit a minor for consideration, schedule a consultation, or approve participation in any session or showcase.

How permission works at every stage, so families always know what they are agreeing to.
What consent covers
Consent is requested in stages. The initial application covers review of the submission. Separate permission is requested before a Test Shoot Session, before any media is used, and before a public roster profile is created.
Media and publication permission
Photos, video, and audio created during sessions are used for coaching and development purposes by default.
Public use, including a roster profile, requires documented permission from a parent or guardian and is enabled as a separate administrative action.
Withdrawing consent
A parent or guardian may withdraw permission at any time. Once we receive the request, we remove the public profile and stop new public use of the associated media.
Supervision and communication
Parents and guardians remain part of the process, receive progress communication, and are welcome to ask questions at any point in the Talent Journey.
